My Story

With over 25 years of senior experience in Israel’s Prime Minister’s Office, including as a senior member of the Israeli National Negotiation Team – notably during the “Iron Swords” War – I bring a unique blend of practical and academic expertise in managing complex and high-stakes negotiations.

I advise and lecture for government and business entities and serve as a Fellow at the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism at Reichman University.

real pressure. My experience in high-stakes discussions allows me to quickly identify challenges and opportunities, helping you stay ahead.

Mastering Emotions and Motivations in Negotiation

Over the years, I have developed expertise in identifying overt and covert interests, analyzing emotions, and using psychological layers that motivate the other side. This understanding allows me to lead processes that generate trust and motivate cooperation.

A high command of Hebrew, English, and Arabic allows me to operate effectively in a variety of cultural contexts. I understand the nuances that lie between words – which is especially essential in sensitive or international negotiations.
